Housing and Care Home Proposals for Armadale to Go On Show

New proposals are for 170 homes, a 60 bed care home and associated roads, footpaths, landscaping, play area and SUDS (sustainable urban drainage systems). Located on land to the west of Station Road and to the north of the Airdrie-Bathgate Railway line, and measuring c. 8.5 hectares (21 acres), this development is expected to create c. 60 permanent and part-time jobs at the care home, not including jobs created during construction.

Green Light for Armadale Station Supermarket Proposal

A new 40,000 sq ft supermarket is to be built on land at Armadale Station, part of the Armadale Station Community Development, following approval by a full Council meeting of West Lothian Council (26th May).
